Martin “Marty” Anderson; beloved husband of Mary; loving father of Tiffany and Lindsey (Alex); cherished grandpa to Caroline and Wyatt; brother of Mike and Eleanor and friend to all who knew him. Marty enjoyed fishing, spending time with his grandchildren and sitting in the backyard with his dog Suzie. He was known for his humor and always had those around him smiling and laughing. His easy-going attitude and calm nature will be greatly missed. A Memorial celebrating Marty’s life will be held at a later date.
I still can’t believe you are gone. It all seems so surreal; like you are just out somewhere and we are waiting for you to come home. I’m going to miss your goofy humor and your random messages. Caroline and I miss you so much. It’s not the same without you.
What I wouldn’t give to see your face or hear your voice just one more time. I hope you know just how much you are loved and how very much you are missed. Thank you for being the best dad and grandpa a girl can ask for.
I’ve been friends with Marty for more than fifty years. We had our differences but those differences through conversation were discussed with respect and a sense of humor. I will miss my friend. I will miss sitting on my front porch with he and Mary Ann and then on his back porch with he and Mary Ann, while we talk about the world and how it changes and what we appreciate. I am grateful to have been a part of his life as he married Mary Ann, and then to have witnessed when he danced at Lindsey’s wedding with his wife to their favorite song. I am so grateful to have had Marty in mine and my best friends life. My condolences and love to Mary Ann, Tiffany, Caroline, Lindsey, Alex and Wiley, and the families. A greater dad and grandpa could not be had. With much love I send all of you a hug, and more.
Maryann & family, I’m so sorry to learn of Marty’s passing. My prayers are with each of you. I remember Marty from High School as an easy going guy, quick to laugh & make others feel at ease. It was obvious to many of us that Marty & Maryann were meant to be together. During those tough days remember he is still with you in your heart, always. I pray you keep those memories close and find comfort in them.

My sincere condolences to the family on the loss of Marty. Victor Woron
We have lost one great man in Marty Anderson. There was never a time when I needed him that he wasn’t standing right behind me. The only time one had to worry was being between him and Mike when the joking started and it started anytime the two were together. What I’m poorly trying to say is even tho it’s been years since we seen him, the world will be a bit sadder without his laughter. God love ya buddy.
We were lucky to call Mary and Marth one of oldest friends.. He always had a smile or could make you laugh .We think about the times we had together many times over the years. My Prayers to Mary and the family He will always be in your heart. .
