Marilyn Heger nee Vogt, 82, passed away after a long illness; beloved wife for nearly 60 years to John T. Jr.; loving mother of Catherine (Chuck) Miller, John F, William T (Doris) and the late Robert T; cherished “Mimi” of Miranda Rae and Charles Jakob (CJ) Miller; dear sister of Kathleen Vogt and the late Thomas T. Vogt and Beatrice E. Vogt; Marilyn grew up in St. Andrew’s Parish. Later as a wife and mother she became an active member of St. Pascal’s Parish, being a Cub Scout den mother, leading the “craft” Busy Bees and earning the Parish’s first Woman of the Year Vicariate IV Award in 1992. Marilyn was a woman of faith in God and will be remembered as a generous and caring person. Funeral Monday 9:30 AM from Gibbons Family Funeral Home 5917 W. Irving Park RD (½ Block East of Austin) to St. Pascal Church. Mass 10 AM. Interment Maryhill Cemetery. Visitation Sunday 3-9 PM. In lieu of flowers, your thoughts and prayers will be appreciated.
