John T. Heger, Jr.

Chief Master Sergeant John T. Heger, Jr., 91; died peacefully December 27, 2023. He proudly served 35 years of military service, with 20 years as part of the National Guard Services. John was the NCOIC of H.F. Radio and member of the 264^th Combat Communications Squadron. In 1953 John became a long-standing member of the Loyal Order of Moose Lodge #2578. Beloved husband of the late Marilyn nee Vogt; loving father of Catherine Heger-Miller, William T. (Doris) and the late Robert T. and John F.; cherished grandfather of Miranda Rae Miller; great-grandfather of Amelia B.; dear brother of Judith Mills and the late Virginia Reynolds; Funeral Saturday, January 6^th 9:30 AM from Gibbons Family Funeral Home 5917 W. Irving Park RD (½ Block East of Austin) to St. Pascal Church. Mass 10 AM. Interment Maryhill Cemetery. Visitation Friday, January 5^th from 3-8 PM.
