What a wonderful man with a great sense of humor, a love of history, and an enthusiasm which shone in his every interaction! He loved Ireland and was proud of his ancient heritage. He was also a great supporter of my work, The Irish Soldiers of Mexico, and was vocal in almost every conference we had in Chicago on this theme from the Irish Cultural Center to St.Ignatius Prep. He was a dear friend. to me and my wife Lucinda. We will miss him. My deepest condolences to his loving wife and and children, and all his family members both in the US and Ireland. family.
